Order Processing

All Neuro Serge orders are processed through ClickBank and fulfilled by the authorized distributor. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Timeframes

United States: Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International: International shipping timeframes vary by destination. Typically 10–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders of 3 or 6 bottles to US addresses. Single bottle orders may incur a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier system.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
